By using WordKept, you agree to these terms. We've kept them simple and straightforward.

The Service

WordKept provides daily accountability check-ins via SMS to help you keep your commitments. We'll text you reminders and ask if you kept your word each day.

Your Account

• You must provide a valid phone number
• You're responsible for all activity on your account
• One phone number per account
• You must be 18 or older to use WordKept

Payment

• First week is free
• After that, $9/month
• Billed monthly via the payment method you provide
• Cancel anytime by texting STOP
• No refunds for partial months

Acceptable Use

• Use WordKept for personal accountability only
• Don't use the service to harass others
• Don't attempt to disrupt or hack the service
• Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply

Our Commitments

• We'll send messages as scheduled
• We'll keep your data secure and private
• We'll provide weekly progress summaries
• We'll respond to support requests promptly

Limitations

WordKept is an accountability tool, not a replacement for professional help. If you're dealing with serious issues like addiction or mental health challenges, please seek appropriate professional support.

Liability

WordKept is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any outcomes from using or not using the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last month.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via text.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by texting STOP to 720-594-2004. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
